Music Therapy For Better Health And Sound Sleep

Many people are habituated to listen to some classical music before they go to bed. They say it helps them to have good sleep and at times they are unaware of the time they fall asleep while listening to they favourite song.
This is what is termed as music therapy.
Using music to get a desired result in the body.

Sound is a form of vibration and vibration has the potential to change our mood. For example, while listening to Rock music or Metal one feels very energetic. It’s because of the vibrations (sound/music) which are delivered to our brain that makes us feel energetic.

What tempo of beats is helpful for falling asleep?

In a research it was found that classical music with 60 beats per minute helps people fall asleep.

If you are having problems with sleep or if your are anxious or if you want your mind to calm down then do listen to this Indian music composed by A.R. Rehman for the song Tere Bin of the movie Guru.

I have also listed some of the song as a part of music therapy. It helps in keeping the mind at peace ☮️
1. Kun faya kun from the movie Rockstar

2. Maula mere maula mere from the movie Anwar

3. Hum hain is pal yahan from the movie Kisna

The blessed water has to consumed over a period of 21 days and no member of the family is supposed to consume any non-vegetarian food during this period.

DINNING WITH FRIENDS

The best thing about people of Sikkim is their hospitality. They are very much friendly and you will really like the home cooked food.
You will really enjoy the steam cooked food “MOMO” and Noodles which are widely available.

For a better trip you can contact some of the travel agents which might make you shed some extra money but they will take of everything (like dinning, lodging and traveling) while you are on your trip or else you can contact some of the car drivers to plan your trip which will be much cheaper.

In Sikkim you can also enjoy Trekking, Para gliding, adventure sports like  River Rafting.
