It all started with a technical problem in my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface.
The USB port of the audio interface broke and there weren’t any replacement parts available in the Amazon or other online websites.
On thorough Google search I found the customer support website for Focusrite.
I filled the Focusrite Spare Part form and within no time the customer support executive mailed me and asked for the issue I am facing.
After letting him know about the issue he assured me for spare part and that too free of cost.
Isn’t that amazing!!!
Therefore I say there is none like custumer support of Focusrite.
